CME TALK Saturday November 14, 2009

Ty Hyderally, Esq. spoke at the Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Medical Association of North America. The audience consisted of physicians, dentists, and other allied health care professionals.  In his presentation, Mr. Hyderally addressed employment law issues that physicians may come across with regard to their patients, including how to protect patients in disputes with their employers and the world of disability statutes and privacy statutes.
