Who is Tayeb Hyderally?

Tayeb Hyderally, or Ty Hyderally, is the proprietor of the Ty Hyderally Law Offices in New York, NY and Montclair, New Jersey. He is one of the New Jersey Leaders of Employment Law which is the main focus of his legal service. Ty Hyderally Law Offices lives by two important principles: Velocity and Ferocity. Mr. Hyderally has had arbitrations the NYSE, American Arbitration Association, and the NASDI. He has also litigated in Texas, California and Arizona, with some focus on national class actions on employment. He also has had substantial responsibilities being a National Employment Moot Court Competitions Judge.

Some of the courts where Mr. Hyderally is admitted before are the NJ State and Federal Courts, the US Supreme Court, the NY Federal Courts, and the Armed Forces Court of Appeals. He was one of the members of the Executive Board of the New Jersey Employment Law Association, and was elected as Treasurer. At the moment, he serves as the Chairman of the NJ Seminar on Employment Law. Furthermore, he is one of the most outstanding members of the Employment Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, and also of the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association.

Ty Hyderally’s employment record include being a Lawyer for Criminal Trials in the US Navy Office of the Judge Advocate General, a part of a litigation firm on Boutique employment in Pensacola, Florida with specialization on litigation for federal courts. He was also an employment litigator at the Davis, Salomon and Saperstein (plaintiff’s side). He was on the defense at the Friedman and Siegelbaum, LLP in Roseland, New Jersey, and Lewis, Jackson, Shnitzler and Krupman in Morristown, New Jersey.

Mr. Tayeb Hyderally was awarded his JD from Boalt Hall University of California in Berkeley, CA and his Bachelor’s with Departmental Honors from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
